Purpose of Vahli Dikri Yojana 2024
The main aims and objectives of the Vali Dhotti Yojana are given below.
1. To increase the birth rate of daughters.
2. Encouraging daughter’s education.
3. All-round empowerment of daughter/woman in the society.
4. To prevent child marriage.
5. Enhancing the education of girls.
Eligibility of Beneficiary
All eligible daughters of the state will benefit from this scheme. Apart from this some eligibility is fixed. Which are as follows.
- The beneficiary daughter should be a citizen of Gujarat.
- Date of Birth of Daughter:- Should be on or after 02/08/2019.
- Among the first three children of the couple, all the daughters will get the benefit of the scheme.
- Parents having combined annual income of 2 lakh or less (for both rural and urban areas) will get the benefit.
- In case of single parent or father’s income will be taken into consideration.
- For a daughter whose parents are not alive, grandfather, grandmother, brother or sister can apply for the beneficiary daughter as a guardian.
- As per the provision of Child Marriage Prohibition Act 2006, couples who are married at the age of maturity can get the benefit of this scheme.
Benefits available under Vahli Dikri Yojana 2024
Under Vahli Dikri Yojana Online, benefits are available in total in three installments. 1,10,000/- (One Lakh Ten Thousand) will be available to the beneficiary daughters in three installments.

- First go to VCE if you are from rural area.
- If the beneficiary daughter is from an urban area, then the application has to be made by going to the “Taluka Operator” or “Jan Seva Kendra” of the Mamlatdar office.
- The father or mother of the beneficiary’s daughter will have to fill in the Vali Dhotti Yojana form pdf in the prescribed format.
- All documents must be original.
- All documents and parent child scheme form will be verified by Village VCE and Taluka Operator.
- Then one can apply online through VCE or Taluka operator through their official login.
- Finally, you will be given access to fill the online form, a copy of which should be retained.
